The Fall Mom's Yoga Series

Commit to yourself this season with our 3-class pack, including "Flow Into Fall", "Gather & Ground", and "Holiday Edition".  Each month, I'll offer a 60-minute yoga practice, tailored to our experiences as moms, followed by time to unwind with a drink and connect with other moms.  I've offered these classes periodically over the past year and am excited to create a more consistent space for you to breathe, move, and recharge.  As the seasons change and our days constantly shift, it's important to take time to pause, re-center and gather in a supportive community. 

No Pressure, Just Presence—Come When You Can!

The Family Yoga Project will host various pop-up family yoga events throughout the year.  Held at local studios, schools, parks or community spaces, these classes will provide parents and kids the opportunity to share, experience, grow and learn yoga as a family unit!  Families will have this special opportunity to mindfully move, breathe and rest together and then leave with a few new skills or activities to use at home.
