


The Fall Mom's Yoga Series

Each month, I'll offer a 60-minute yoga practice, with our experiences as moms in mind, followed by time to unwind with a drink and connect with other moms. Take a deep breath and ease into the new autumn season with a class designed to help you release stress from the back-to-school rush or a busy week and feel more grounded and connected. In this 60-minute practice, we'll focus on flowing movement, creating space for yourself, breathwork, and rest. After class, stay to enjoy a glass of wine or other non-alcoholic beverage and connect with other moms who are right there with you.
November 14th - Ground and Gather
As the days grow shorter and life feels busy, this class offers you a chance to pause, rese,t and reconnect with yourself in the comfort of the cozy, warm East Side Yoga studio. This 60-minute class will focus on a grounding yoga flow, mindful breathwork and cultivating gratitude for the season you're in. Afterward, enjoy a drink and gather in community to connect and unwind with other moms.
December 19th - Holiday Edition
Step away from the holiday hustle and give yourself the gifts of presence and peace. Join me for this 60-minute class where we'll move, breathe, and rest in ways that release stress and restore your energy. After class, share a cozy drink and conversation with other moms, reminding yourself that you don't have to navigate this season alone.
