Yoga Club at SBCA
Grades: K2 - 3 | Thursdays— May 7, 14, 21, 28 | 2:30 –3:45pm
Join “Ms. E” for Spring Yoga Club at SBCA!
During this 4-week after-school program open to grades K2 - 3, students will learn yoga poses, breath work, active movement, and relaxation techniques. They'll also have fun working together during partner and group activities as well as games. SBCA's yoga teacher and founder of The Family Yoga Project, Erin Holland ("Ms. E"), plans each week’s session with a different theme that will guide all activities. The goal is for students to have fun while building strength and flexibility, increasing their body awareness, and learning emotional regulation tools.
The club is open to EDP and non-EDP students. Non-EDP students will be dismissed at the front door at 3:45. Please note this in the questionnaire during registration.

Community Organizations and Special Events
Through my work with South Boston Catholic Academy and Perry Elementary School, I have experienced the joy and benefits of partnering with local organizations to provide yoga content and curriculum for their students and families. If your organization in the Boston or Greater Boston area is interested in including a children’s or family yoga event or program for your students or members, don't hesitate to get in touch with me so we can schedule a time to discuss what you are looking for and the options available. I can also curate yoga events for small groups, clubs, or individual requests.
If you sign up one child at full price, receive a 20% discount for signing up a sibling.
