Fall Kids Yoga Series (Ages 4–6)

8-week program starting Thursday October 9

Dates:  October 9, October 16, October 23, October 30, November 6, November 13, November 20, (no class November 27 - Thanksgiving), December 4

Time:  4:15 - 5:00 PM (4:00 - 4:15 drop off)

Cost:  $200 | $160 for sibling 

Location: East Side Yoga and Fitness, 584 E Broadway, Boston MA 02127

In this program, children will learn a variety of yoga skills, including but not limited to: 

  • how to use their breath for calm or energy

  • yoga poses and active movement exercises

  • meditation techniques for focus and concentration

Music, books, games, and crafts will be used to create a multi-sensory, fun seasonally inspired experience and each class ends with time for rest. Parents receive weekly communication with an overview of the skills your children learned and tips for incorporating them at home.

Parents are invited to join the last class of the series, where we will hold a combined family yoga class, tying together the concepts and practices learned throughout the session.
