8-week program starting Wednesday, April 15th

Dates: Wednesdays,  April 15, (no class April 22 - Spring Break), April 29, May 6, May 13, May 20, May 27, (no class June 3), June 10, June 17

Location: East Side Yoga and Fitness, 584 E Broadway, Boston, MA 02127

Time: 4:15 - 5:00 (with rolling drop off from 4 - 4:15)

In this program, children will learn a variety of yoga skills i,ncluding but not limited to: 

  • how to use their breath for calm or energy

  • yoga poses and active movement exercises

  • meditation techniques for focus and concentration

Music, books, games, and crafts will be used to create a multi-sensory, fun experience and each class ends with time for rest. Parents receive weekly communication with an overview of the skills your children learned and tips for incorporating them at home. You will also have access to short recordings of yoga practices that provide you with optional mindfulness tools to use on your parenting journey. 

Parents are invited to join the last class of the series, where we will hold a combined family yoga class, tying together the concepts and practices learned throughout the session.
